Welcome to "Yoga Programmes" of AYOS

The Academy runs "SWAMI VIVEKANANDA DISTRICT YOGA WELLNESS CENTRE (SVDYWC), KHURDA " in collaboration with "Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Dept. of AUSH, Govt. of India.


The Academy of Yoga and Oriental Studies is a leading Yoga Centre of Bhubaneswar. The Academy carries out various Yoga programmes for the benefit of the mass. We organise static programmes in our centres. We also organise mobile programmes in various places in the district. People of all ages can benefit themselves from our Yoga programmes. We organise Yoga programmes for male and female separately. Of course in some special Yoga programmes both male and female participants take part together.

Our Yoga Programmes

1. Daily Yoga Practice: The Academy holds daily Yoga practice separately for men and women.

2. Yoga Workshop: The Academy organises Five day Yoga Workshop quarterly.

3. Foundation Course in Yogic Science: The Academy organises "One month Foundation Course in Yogic Science" ten programmes every year.

4. Special Yoga Awareness Programmes: The Academy organises "Special Yoga Awareness Programme" every now and then.

5. Advanced Yogic postures: The Academy offers "SPECIAL COURSE FOR ADVANCED YOGIC POSTURES."

6. Special 'Yoga Therapy'Courses: The Academy offers special 'Yoga Therapy' Courses for specific health problems.
